WELCOME
Message from Nino Amoroso, Patriots' Roost President:
Welcome to the Patriots' Roost Chapter of the Association of Old Crows (AOC). Located in Burlington, MA, this chapter has over 200 members
dedicated to promotion of objectives and goals of the AOC. Founded in 1964, the AOC is a nonprofit international professional association with
over 14,200 individual and 114 corporate members. These executives, scientists, engineers, managers, operators, educators, and military
personnel are engaged in the science and practice of Electronic Warfare, Information Operations, and related disciplines.
The Patriots' Roost consists of government and industry members who assist the Electronic Systems Center (ESC), Hanscom AFB, MA
accomplish its mission. The board of directors, composed of volunteers from industry and the government, generates fiscal resources through
activities such as symposia, conferences, luncheons, dinners/receptions, and golf tournaments. Revenue generated from these events is
used to provide scholarships to students in ROTC detachments of over 21 New England colleges and universities. Donations are also made
to Hanscom AFB officer and enlisted educational organizations that provide scholarships to military and dependent personnel. The chapter
also supports the surrounding New England community through other various activities and charities.
The viability of an organization is measured by member participation. The board of directors encourages event participation by current
members and interested government and industry personnel. New members are invited to join through the national AOC membership page.
